2 furnished rooms open in 3bd/2ba apt. at the College Inn. Complex has a pool, fitness center, and free tanning, plus you can walk to class. We pay $490/month but will reduce to $375/month for the summer, and will reduce further if you and a friend agree to fill both rooms. Rent includes all utilities. There is also a $20 finders fee that will be paid to anyone who refers a friend who rents my room. PM for more details, or to come by and see the place and meet the remaining roommate.
