the ti4800 was the first card to have 8x AGP and it was a 4200 that they just added the capability to.the ti4400's were notorious for blowing up... (mine was one of thousands RMA'd )I.e. show the 8x specs... but its not like your asking a lotta money for it anyways...

well...according to nvidia, it can be 8x agp...but i suppose they could be wrong http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce4ti.htmlas for the card blowing up...well, go ahead and provide some sources, or shut up if you don't know what you're talking aboutspecs (from link above):Vertices per Second: 125 MillionFill Rate: 4.4 Billion AA Samples/Sec.Operations per Second: 1.12 TrillionMemory Bandwidth: 8.8GB/Sec.Maximum Memory: 128MB[Edited on April 4, 2006 at 7:09 PM. How would you rate the Ti440 in comparison to the Radeon 9600xt ??

listen, goFigure...i'll tell you what, i'll put $50 right now that says when i put this card in an 8x agp slot, it runs at 8x...if anyone else wants to get in on this, by all means...that said, the ati performs slightly better than the nvidia and both are easily overclocked
