how do i do this. i hear the dead line is april 6th? the teacher will be cool with it. just where do i get the forms etc.. emailed my counselor today but she's pretty slow to reply

I'm pretty sure the deadline has passed... which sucks for some of my classes b/c it was long before I had recieved any grades in them. But you're welcome to check the calendar I linked for more info.
