So my right front tire of my 1996 accord lx v6 sedan blew out last night. Upon removal of the tire one of the bolts brokeso i have a donut tire on with 3 out of 4 bolts right now. Is it safe to drive 5 miles to a repair shop? Also, have any recommendations on places to go and how much do you think it will run to get a new tire and an extra bolt?

3/4 is fine if they are properly torquedanybody pretty much can replace a wheel stud, its a matter of removing the brakes, pounding out the old one, and pulling the new one through. maybe a 10 minute job if they have parts on hand.find the last tire place you took it too and say the mexicans overtorqued and caused the failure and theyll eat the cost.
