its only illegal if you get caught.

i remember hearing a few years back that they were trying to pass legislation to make this legal, but i dont know if it ever went through

see, my drivers ed teacher in high school (went to broughton high school right up the road) said that it WAS legal. i think he might have been mistaken.

nope.

neither is a uturn on a solid red and ive seen that too.

and fyi, just because right on red is legal, doesnt mean you dont have to stop. or that you have to make the turn.

^yeah, or the person behind the one at the light who isn't making the right on red will blow the horn and cuss them out for not doing it even though they don't have an obligation to make the turn on red.
