How do I burn a cd for a Mac inside windows using Nero?

mac won't read it. what file system do I need on the disc?

CD format is mostly universal, ie the same CD format will run in PC and windows.You do however have to make sure your *files* are in a Mac compatible format.But otherwise, you're thinking floppies (heh, that sure takes me back...damn)

is it different for DVD's? Because we are having the problem with DVD's.

what problems. you have DVD-r, +r, -r/w, whatever all that stuff is? You have the right kind of disc for your burner?A recent mac should be able to read any kind of dvd media, regardless of where it was burned. It's more likely the problem is on the burning side.

Not sure of all the details, it is for a client and I thought there might be a quick way to solve this. I was not asked to help on this profect, I was there doing something else. Just thought I could offer a good solution quick. I will get the details if they ask for some help!
