I am trying to get some one to sublease my room. I live at the intersection of trailwood and tryon road. (You may have been to some of our parties). But i am leaving for europe for the summer on may 15. The lease runs out the end of july. It will be 250 a month plus utilities: electric and cable.

My room has its own full bathroom.

Any questions just ask

OH yeah, i didnt say myroomates have a hot tub and we have a outdoor bar and a fire pit.
