^^^^ No. Bombs don't scare people in general. We hear about bombs everyday on the news.

But if a "dirty" bomb went off in downtown Raleigh, God forbid, it'd be the biggest "scariest" news event since 9/11.

But there'd be no reason really for everyone to freak out anymore than any other bomb probably.
