Summer sublease available at University Village (old "Melrose", corner of Trailwood and Lineberry)!

Details:
Price - $225 rent/month
Dates - flexible start date (anywhere between first week of May until early June); end date is locked at July 31, 2006
Utilities - internet and water is included in rent; ~$25/month for electricity and ~$11/month for cable
Furniture - can be arranged...would prefer if subleaser had own furniture
Extras - pool, basketball courts, clubhouse, volleyball courts, weight room, located on CAT bus line
Roomates - 3 other roomates during the summer months (currently all 3 guys; will be 2 guys and 1 girl in the summer + you)
Sublease fees - can be discussed and worked out!

okay so I've had some people interested but no commitments yet...so ONE more bttt.

Maybe some more details...
Roomates are really cool and chill people.
We have a 53" DLP tv in the living room.
The apartment is right beside the pool (although not facing it unfortunately)
