I'm looking for 3 roommates for the fall, although the spaces will be availible starting in May, the lease isn't up till july 31. It's a 4br/2ba at 2401 everett. Has a small bar, basement. It's a one block stumble to Harris Teeter and it's three blocks downhill to class. $350/mo. and we keep utilities way low. got a carport and parking off the street, too.
