I have a real deal XP Home CD w/ booklet and key. Great shape, no scratches or anything. It was my parents. They used it once to install it and that was the end of it. That computer died so they bought a new Dell w/ Windows preinstalled so they dont need this anymore.

eyh but it should be ok. i've built 3 computers now all w/ the same winXP key. i know its supposed to phone home w/ the hardware, etc, but it seems like you get a few swaps before you have to call up MS

You can activate Windows XP LEGALLY an unlimited number of times. You just can only have it installed concurrently on a single machine at a time.I've activated my two copies probably close to 200 times each, never had an issue.
