I've read there is some kind of equation editor for microsoft word but I can't seem to find it on my version, anyone know how to access it?

I tried insert...object but it didn't give me an equation option like it does on some versions

there definitely is. I have it at work, but I'm sure they bought some super deluxe version of office.

ah it was insert/objecty but for some reason the equation editor was on my computer but not installed

got it now

Check out MathType if you're going to be using it a lot...

I think you have to use the install CD to install that optional word program called Equation Editor, if you didn't do it when you originally installed Office.
