HELLO OUT THERE! I need to get out of my lease for 2006-2007 year!http://www.universitycondos.com/condo.php?condo_id=1The rent is slightly cheaper than listed online because I signed back in Dec at the old rates.2 Bedroom: $345/mo per room.I don't need the place anymore because I was offered to live rent-free in a home in exchange for evening babysitting. The main reason I chose these town homes is because not only was it close to campus, but it allowed pets (ie. my cat).--------------------------------------------------------------------------The positives:** the place allows pets** it's right next to campus & you don't have to worry about parking!!!!--------------------------------------------------------------------------Remember, these rates include: * Individual Leases * Private Bathrooms * Roommate Matching Service * Picnic Area with grill * Walk-in Closets * Ample Parking * 24 Hour Maintenance * Dishwaser * Garbage Disposal * 80 Gallon Water Heater * Extra Large Washer and Dryer * Self-Cleaning Oven * Ceiling Fans IncludedOther Fees * Application fee: $55 (application fee is non-refundable) * Processing fee: $100 (non-refundable) * Security Deposit

If you don't have a pet, then you have more options. (ie. quit reading once you saw "method")However, if you DO have a pet, your options are limited and THIS town home is an option.

I looked at this place a year ago, so fucking tiny I couldn't stand to consider it. The bedrooms are like matchboxes. You roll out of bed and you are in the hallway.
