There's a lot of potential for software to make a difference here at my job and in my profession generally (lobbying / govt advocacy)...and there are some products already on the market that do certain tasks, but for the most part they're 1) fugly and 2) don't cover the whole lobbying process (and are also programmed by folks that probably couldn't keep pace with some of NCSU's own)Does NCSU have any kind of center that can match up people who have certain technical skills (like database management and building web-based frontends to them) with people from a non-tech background?
