I am trying to sell my loft. It is extremely sturdy, and very well made (Built by a contractor).
~It is two years old, and only used for one year.
~The main board is solid oak, the rest is pine. All of it is unstained wood, but there are no spills or marks on any of it.
~It has an attachable shelf at the top, and another board you can add to the bottom to made it more sturdy (I've never had to use it). When put together correctly, it doesn't move/wobble at all.
~It has four different heights. When I was in Syme, I had enough room underneath for my desk, bookshelf, and a chair when on the highest setting.
~If you want to pay extra, I can throw in a twin sized mattress, only a year old, very comfortable.

If you're interested, I can put up pics in my gallery. Also, I can deliver it in Raleigh (or Greensboro if over spring break). Or, if you want to wait a bit, I can store it until you're ready for it. I just want to get some money for this thing, since it was a bit expensive to buy all the pieces.
