NBC has a little more info

Quote :
"CARRBORO, N.C. -- Carrboro police are on the scene of a what they are describing as a "dangerous situation" at University Commons Apartments in Carrboro.

The apartment complex, located at BPW Club Road and Smith Level Road, has been evacuated.

Sources close to the investigation tell NBC-17 Mohammed Reza Taheriazar, 23, the alleged suspect in the hit-and-run incident on the campus of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, lives at the complex.

The apartment complex has been evacuated, but authorities have not provided any further details about the situation."
