first off...it wasnt a resume. Ive already got the job. It was an official certification that i needed to send them which would not be appropriate through email or fax.

That's why you don't buy a lot of stamps at one time if you don't mail shit regularly.

Stamp prices increase rather consistently.

Dont use USPS.

They've lost so much mail and so many packages of mine over the past couple of years it's not even funny.

Most recently they lost out of print books, and several bills.

Everything I ship out now that isn't international goes UPS, FedEx, or I deliver it by hand or electronically.

Right, you "cleaned" out jewelry, televisions, and a couple other things while you were there

Jeep, Wal-mart has $0.02 stamps in packs of 20 out of a vending machine. I hate going to the post office myself. Enjoy.

however. i did get a sweet dewalt drill, and a black and decker laser level. but alas, no tv's or jewelry. i rescued two fish that ended up having a baby tho!

and i will check out stamps at walmart next time i'm there

well that is kinda pointless since the USPS handles most of the FedEx and UPS small packages. Just send it priority mail and you shouldn't have any problems. Or if you are that concerned, send it certified so that someone has to sign for it.
