http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/lottery2006/mockdraft?lpos=spotlight&lid=tab2pos1Looking like the Bobcats want another Forward...[Edited on March 1, 2006 at 10:29 AM. Reason : cant type]

the Blazers are taking Morrison in every scenario
3/1/2006 10:52:08 AM
i dont really have a problem with them taking a SF, though i'm afraid Gay isnt THAT much of an upgrade over wallace, so i'm not sure what they'd do there. if it had em drafting a PF, i'd probably have to confront bernie bickerstaff with an angry tone and it would not be pretty.
3/1/2006 10:56:23 AM
JJ Redick, going to the Jazz? have fun in Utah
3/1/2006 10:59:00 AM
THIS YEARS DRAFT CLASS SUCKS
3/1/2006 11:22:55 AM
3/1/2006 11:26:15 AM
I declared myself for the NBA and NFL drafts yesterday....I am giving up my final year of college eligibilitylink to the press conference coming
3/1/2006 11:28:30 AM
Rajon Rondo going 9th???? What makes him so special. Ive watched him play about 4 games this year (UNC, Tennessee twice, Arkansas) and I see nothing so great about him.
3/1/2006 11:37:17 AM
well see the problem is there's nobody special in the draft really, so people with his ability go from a late 1st rd pick to a top 10.
3/1/2006 11:39:26 AM
^True. Hopefully Charlotte gets the #1 pick and trades it for a shooting guard, which is what they really need I think. I wouldn't mind seeing them trade down and actually take Redick and get a 1st rounder for next year or a role player in the trade.
3/1/2006 11:42:16 AM
3/1/2006 11:43:10 AM
yeah with no high schoolers this is the one year that the draft is only gonna be able to draw from college kids who werent ready for the pros after high school. The next few years will seestuds like Greg Oden and OJ Mayo after they serve thier requisite year or two in college.
3/1/2006 11:43:42 AM
Oden is going to the Buckeyes
3/1/2006 11:44:26 AM
^yeah, like i said, probly for just a year or two though, unless he pulls a tim duncan and 'falls in love'
3/1/2006 11:45:16 AM
Yeah I just went to Odens website, looks like OSU has a monster class as well, UNC was on his short list
3/1/2006 11:46:30 AM
OSU's class has been called the greatest of all time. Looks like Herb's assistant (Thad Matta) is a better recruiter than he is.
3/1/2006 11:48:18 AM
3/1/2006 11:59:09 AM
Id like to see Morrison with the Bobcats if he'll shave that shit off his lip, also, with all the cap room the Bobcats have they can be major players in the free agent market this year and next...im voting for LeBron, since cleveland was booing him the other night he obviously wont stay
3/1/2006 12:03:40 PM
yea its funny cause you think of lebron as being one of those players that isnt going to go anywhere, but there are already some legit rumors floatin around of new york and another team that i cant remember off the top of my head. if the bobcats could get him, i'd change my vote (like i have one) to gay. gay, james, and felton (and wallace as a 6th man) would be some fun, uptempo basketball.
3/1/2006 12:12:18 PM
He wouldnt come to NC, the NBA wants him in the big market areas... oh well i can always put him on the Bobcats on the video games
3/1/2006 12:15:28 PM
yea man, i got ben wallace and became an instant power house. course i also drafted two really good SGs. some players who can shoot a jumpshot. what a concept (no discredit to matt carroll intended)
3/1/2006 12:17:29 PM
^^^^^^ how is OSU's class rated the greatest of all time when Carolina's class is rated by almost every recruiting service as better than OSU?http://rivalshoops.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=477059&sid=910http://scout.scout.com/a.z?s=75&p=9&c=14&yr=2006Dont have the link, but i believe the same is said at Espn.com[Edited on March 1, 2006 at 12:24 PM. ^ my thoughts exactly
3/1/2006 12:24:27 PM
3/1/2006 12:27:47 PM
sounds a lot like Marvin Williams
3/1/2006 12:28:58 PM
too bad this isnt last year, Hodge could sign something
3/1/2006 12:35:35 PM
grow up dude...
3/1/2006 12:36:49 PM
Rudy Gay is going #1, that is set in stone.I hope to god the Bobcats get the #1 pick. We'd just slide Gerald Wallace to SF... a backcourt of Felton/Gay has a lot of potential.Everyone knows we're in the market for a SG (Bob even announced it recently) and this would be a much cheaper way than blowing our cap space on an average one...Oh yeah and Rajon Rondo is going high because of his defense... he could be the next Gary payton... everyone loves his length (no homo)
3/1/2006 1:05:23 PM
mine was1 CHA Rudy Gay2 CHI LaMarcus Aldridge3 POR Adam Morrison (welcome to hell)4 ATL Tyrus Thomas5 TOR Andrea Bargnani6 ORL Rodney Carney7 SEA Shelden Williams8 BOS Ronnie Brewer9 GS Rajon Rondo10 MIN Randy Foye11 HOU Tiago Splitter12 CHI Al Horford13 SAC Brandon Roy14 UTA JJ Redick
3/1/2006 2:14:59 PM
If Houston passes on Redick they are retarded. He'd be sick on a team with T-Mac drawing double teams and Alston penetrating...They've got plenty of athleticism with Stromile Swift to makeup for Redick being out there...
3/1/2006 2:58:17 PM
redick would be a great fit for houston, with t-mac like you said, and yao bein able to go 1on1 too. i mean david wesley is a good fit for their offense, and redick can be better than wesley (at scoring...wesley actually played some point. i cant imagine redick ever doing that)
3/1/2006 6:11:46 PM
^^^where's the worst team in the NBA, the New York Knicks
3/13/2006 10:31:29 AM
TRADED
3/13/2006 10:33:28 AM
^oops! Also, Houston's got Luther Head, I think he's their 2 of the future...
3/13/2006 10:54:47 AM
^^oh yeah, illuminated once again
3/13/2006 11:01:51 AM
looks the Bobcats want to be long and atheletic, play hard defense, and just out hustle teams... now if they bring in the big name free agent things could be falling in place for a playoff run... hopefully emeka wont stay hurt his whole career...
3/13/2006 11:04:01 AM
hopefully oden will find a loophole and go to the draft
3/13/2006 11:06:59 AM
^answer ........time travel[Edited on March 13, 2006 at 11:08 AM. Reason : lsdf]
3/13/2006 11:08:10 AM
Lamarcus is seriously NOT a fucking name...I am tired of people making up names for their fucking kids
3/13/2006 11:13:04 AM
dude, there's worse out there.Just get used to it. Bad names are here to stay.Blame our parents (and their peers).
3/13/2006 4:10:08 PM
They have updated this to include Mcroberts, Foye, and others in the lottery...
3/24/2006 12:27:49 PM
3/24/2006 12:29:17 PM
I wish Hansbrough would leave. This is going to be the weakest draft class for a few years, and he can't get that much better.I hate that fucker.
3/24/2006 12:44:35 PM
Morrison is still first to whomever gets the first pickhow the fuck is mcroberts up there? [Edited on March 24, 2006 at 1:21 PM. Reason : .]
3/24/2006 1:19:37 PM
Now every time i run it, the Bobcats are picking McRoberts, Morrison, or Noahno, no, and nohave any of them even declared?
