There are some high-sale sellers that sell ram from china/japan at some pretty cheap prices (60+ shipping for a gig of DDR 3200 184 pin) Anyone have any experience buying this off ebay? Is fucking up ram as easy as they lead you to believe it is?

I'd pay the extra $texas for a stick with a lifetime warranty and from a more reputable vendor. Haven't had issues with buying from overseas ... have had issues with ram going bad / being pissed at having to buy a new one b/c old didn't have lifetime warranty.

Newegg has a ton list for $70-$80 w/shipping.
