just wondering if anyone had any pictures of the fast fight from this season. i know i'm a dork for asking, but like i've said before, i don't get to see it from the vantage point of an audience member.

^^^ The fast fight is the cheer that's always done late in the game, where the cheerleaders run around to each side and everyone claps really fast...etc. Well, here's why you do it

The "Hey" where we put our hands up is a fast-forward version of the "GO STATE" in the fight song We couldn't throw the tradition away... so basically we're doing it in fast forward so that we can fit all 4 sides into a full timeout "

So what you're saying is that back in the day, they would only modify a great tradition, not totally fuck it up?

Well...it kind of became a joke.... we still wanted to do the cheer because it got the crowd pumped.... but Case got pissed at us for ruining the flow of the game.


Therefore, we decided to play it at super-high speed.... and the "Fast Fight" was born

The song right before tipoff was the fight song, they've been doing it all year.

Unless you're talking about the song before the song before tipoff...in which case I dont know.
