20 GB Color screen iPod

Capable of storing and viewing pictures (excellent picture quality)

I bought it in September, I have all of the original packaging and paperwork. It is still under the manufacturer's warranty for another 6 months. Nothing wrong with it. Everything works great.

$230 with 2500+ songs, mostly full albums, everything from George Strait to Disturbed

No, I wasn't aware of that. I bought the songs, and if I sell the iPod with them, then I won't keep the copies of them. I purchased the songs and I'm going to sell the songs. I thought that was direct transfer of ownership. I didn't think that was illegal, but if it is, then I'll have to clear it out before selling. That's a bridge I'll have to cross if someone decides they want to buy it. Thanks for letting me know and not just flaming me for the lack of information, the last thing I want is to be sued by the RIAA.
