The NFL drug policy needs to be revised to include only performance enhancing substances. If an athlete wants to hinder their performance, so be it. They'll pay the price down the line. Ricky can smoke all the pot he wants, I don't think any less of him as long as he's a quality guy otherwise (and he is for the most part) and gets the job done on the field.

There might as well be a league ban on smoking cigars, but I guess this all goes back to our wonderful drug laws in the good 'ol US of A.

Its a crime when half of baseball can get away with steroids and Ricky gets busted for smoking pot.
