Is the 1800 worth the extra money? I don't care too much about the extra cost but would like to at least hear some feedback saying it IS in fact a reasonable amount better than the 1600. Input please, thanks.

Yeah, it's worth it.

The x600 is very insignificantly better than the 9600, but the x800 was the first, IIRC, to really take advantage of newer tech in gfx cards.

But, there are lots of sites that review these kinds of things...

^^ the x600 and x1600 aren't the same thing, neither is the x1800 and x800.

The x1800 IS worth it over the 1600 though if you are gaming.
