just wondering if any past students had any insight into how difficult her tests areof course she gave us the material that is going to be on it, I'm just wondering if I need to study extremely hard, or just enough where I kinda know everythingof course, if you have any old tests, that might help

If they're anything like what they were for 102, it will be fairly varied, but not too difficult. I'm not sure why, but I tended to do better on the tests than the quizzes. We'll see if that holds true for 201. Which section are you in? I'm in 004 from 1:30-2:20. I usually make some index cards (geeky, but effective) just before the test and scan the vocab. I signed up for her FLF 102 class about two years ago. It seemed impossible to pass at the time, and she seemed intolerant of anything less than stellar French, so I dropped it. In my 102 class that summer, I was talking to a girl who also dropped Bell's class. She told the girl she was too southern to take French and suggested she take Spanish instead.

hahaha...Bell is great...the test won't be easy, but it won't be tough either (gee that says a lot)this one just has way too much material to study...i would focus on vocabulary, descriptive words mainlyshe's usually not TOO picky on grammar (at least not more than 1/2 pt per mistake)

Shes not all that difficult and shes really helpful if you go and ask her for help...As for the test, mostly vocab and conjuggations pending on what youre doing, the reviews she gave in class were helpful; so if you know french and the cultural shit i wouldnt kill yourself over it...As for Cyrano, even if i did tell you what it was about, which i dont remember much, it wouldnt be enough to write the paper on it...sorry
