Simply put about a year ago I bought a tina burrito and bit into a rock that was in it. It cracked a tooth and by the time I could get to the dentist it had gotten infected (8 days).

The day that it happened I called up their company and they told me to go ahead and get dental work done and they would send me the appropriate paperwork. They did so and I sent what they needed. It was an open and shut case because even the dentist said that the rock could have caused it as it had wedged between two teeth, chipped one tooth and cracked another.

I still have the stone, I still have the pictures, their letters telling me what to do and of course their denying letter which claims that since that burrito has no beans in it it couldn't have a stone in it. I even have a letter from my dentist. It's an open and shut case right? Sure if you can find a lawyer.

I'm having a lot of trouble finding a lawyer that will take up my case because it's a $5000 lawsuit. Now mind you that's not included pain and suffering because I was trying to just resolve the matter. At this point from the way I've been treated by that company I have every intention of getting every penny I can from them and honestly the lawyer can keep it. I just want the money to cover my dental bills of $3300 (Chipped tooth, root canal, crown blah blah blah).

No longer a student and they wouldn't help you anyway. That would recommend you to an another local lawyer. Since I'm not a student they won't even do that lol.
