I have a very nice 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in Sterling Park that's close to NCSU. I'm looking for someone to rent out one of the rooms and private bath starting as soon as posible. It has a big living area and kitchen and the rooms are pretty big too. There's also a screened deck in the back. Rent will be ~$400 + 1/2 utilities, here's some more info:

fully furnished (except bedroom) with washer/dryer, dishwasher, den furniture, etc...
right beside CAT bus stop
located in very nice neighborhood
hardwood floors, fireplace, half-bath downstairs
