people close to the staff say this may be one of chuck's best hires yet. He's got a lot of experience as CO-DC and the best of all he is regarded as an incredible recruiter in FL, he could be Doc V2.

I'll endorse this hire, his door was getting knocked on by many other teams, glad he's already with us.

hell yes, this is great...I remember at the game how impressed I was with their DB's this could really work out...sounds like that Florida pipeline is really starting up again.

He also has a history of staying put for a few years...which with NC State, is a huge bonus.


And like Phish said, great recruiter in FL...especially the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater areas.

He was our first choice and is a great hire
