I'm sure there a bunch of experienced people on here that own property and rent out rooms, so an tips you can offer would be great!

I may be renting out some extra rooms in my townhouse and was wondering if anyone know how I can have an official contract written up? Although I'll be thoroughly screening my renters, I'd like to do this by the books, "just in case".

Anybody know where I can have a contract written up for the renters?
Anyone have any general tips or experiences they can share?

i've got some standard rental contracts generated by the national association of realtors

i'll have to check if i have them in electronic form though....
