I don't need cable (I don't watch TV). What about broadband, is that included? BTW, don't you think it's a little early to make a thread about a room that won't open until May?

Cable is part of the cost of rent, so I can't really do anything about that... The other utilities are separate costs. And I don't think it's too early because I can't wait much longer to make a decision about living situation.
