engine specs:2.0 aba bottom end from early/mid 90's 4-banger golf/jetta. has forged rods/crank and oil squirters from the factory16v (9a) head from late 80s 16v gti/jettaaba pistons put the CR around 9:1full o2a tranny swap from a mid 90's passat (including cable linkage and hydraulic clutch setup)turbo is a t3/t4 50 trim. havent decided, but i'll probably go with either megasquirt or 034efi standalone.shooting for ~300whp at around 17psi.car is an '83 jetta[Edited on January 31, 2006 at 2:09 PM.
