Search google you lazy bastard. In five minuets you can find a full copy of the original Russian studies done on this stuff which is the only real scientific research conducted on Ecdysterone. The Russians were big on using this stuff for their various Olympic programs. If you're really interested in the anecdotal stories you're going to get off TWW then you need to work on your research skills. FYI, the single digit reference came from the original study where the muscle gains measured were the net result of the drug and a ridged diet and exercise program.

Just so you can say you found something of use:

From what I've read about it it seems to work best when used in conjunction with Tribulus Terrestris. I myself take Tribulus but can't vouch for a substantial amount of gains as of yet. I will say however, that I do notice more powerful reps. I would probably give Ecdysterone a chance. Infact, I am. I'll take a 7% gain anyday. It might not sound like much but it is.

Most of these products are gimmiks(sp?) but if it gets you in the gym to at least see if it works then, it at least doing something right. a lot of it is all in your mind.

The best products I have ever taken are N0explode, Muscle Milk protein, fish oil, and of course, T1 andro (but is banned now)

so this can be a place where this information is saved for future reference, and, in the event some folks have tried it (which has now been shown), it is nice to get a first hand account rather than some unknown person endorsing it on a site that is trying to sell it to me.

If the single digits means the difference between me looking like every other nicely in shape guy, versus the guy that folks say, damn, that dudes pretty ripped...I'll take it too. Every little bit counts.
