I don't use any, but I do know that clinique makes a whole mens line and everything is really good. I use the aftershave and it actually makes my beard thinner and easier to shave. You can get it at Belks, Hects, etc.

all the top cosmetics brands (L'oreal, Clinique, Estee Lauder, etc) make creams specifically for that purpose (to remove the bags). they come in tiny jars which hold probably 0.5 oz, and maybe expensive depending on the brand.

my boyfriend gets really bad dark circles under his eyes but they've gotten better after he started using the nivea for men revitalizing eye cream. You can get it at target where the guys razors and shaving creams are. Hope that helps
