I prefer the temperature in my house not require me to wear 3 layers of clothing and still pay $700/month for one bedroom of a 3br house. MY BED HAS FOUR BLANKETS ON IT.

I'm moving out tomorrow, looking for a place asap; basically all I do is work, study, sleep, and do laundry/dishes. I'm not loud. I don't care what pets you have. I just want to not shiver all night. Bonus if you have a mattress for me to sleep on - I have a desk, don't need a dresser, but don't have a bed.

http://www.roommates.com might be quite useful in this situation. I had luck with it looking for a roomie in this area.
