...and looks damn good i might add. you need something powerful to run this but just for image quality sake, take a look at the "water level' image comparison. the one on the left is the 2005 one and the one on the right is the new 2006 one.http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2675&p=2shit runs at like 10 frames per second on my 256 meg Geforce 7800 gtx [Edited on January 23, 2006 at 1:20 AM. ^ you ever have heat issues with that card in there? i dont mean the card itself but just the case in general. my overall temp went up like 5 degrees after that card was installed.

i just built the system and its the only card ever used. The card works great and i cant tell of any heat issues as of yet. the fan on the card is kinda loud but thats not to big of a deal.

all I see is numbers, worthless numbers. could mean anything.

Senez: thats probably cauz it takes into account your CPU as well so disabling things in the background that use CPU cycles is probably a good idea before running thisrogueleader: thats why you go to the program's website and compare your numbers with other people's systems to see how yours stacks up. you can even use it to judge what's a good upgrading option for the future.

lol, you think a synthetic benchmark will give you a good idea how a real game will run?these things are nothing more than e-penis competitions and have little to no reliabilitytake senez's results for example. are you going to disable everything running in the background everytime you want to play a game? is his PC really "faster" because he disabled that stuff?[Edited on January 28, 2006 at 2:51 PM. my post wasn't indicative of my wanting or needing to disable everything before i play BF2. i'm just seeing what happens when I tweak stuff. after that run, i installed beta geforce drivers and OC'd a bit and boosted it 200 more marks. for me it's more about a hobby than "oh, let's see how much i can increase my fps in CoD2"
