his passing is beautiful down low, he has a quick release on his jump shot, and he can elevate off the floor pretty well. Those are some good skills.

most likely, but I can agree with that. Herb's defensive mind set is something I admire, and if a player isn't good enough defensively by his standards, then I don't want him on the court.

Fells looked OK on the offensive end of the floor, but I always thought he looked a little confused at times, even though he showed flashes of brilliance.

I didnt notice his defense much, which is probably why he's not playing. Everyone that plays for us right now is NASTY on that end of the floor...although we've had some streaks in games where we totally break down for a few minutes.

Fells did seem confused earlier...the first few games, he came out and looked like he was constantly trying to score. Then for a few after that, he looked like he was afraid to shoot and passed up open opportunities.

He'll learn, though, and he'll get his chance.

Grant is a good defender, and bad on offense, he has it right. Steals/blocks are nice but I think they are talking about Grant's ability to guard someone.
