So this class is at 8:00 in the morning, the only section he is teaching this semester, and everything he has said so far has gone over my head. Does anyone have the old webassigns and tests I could borrow to try and understand this material? My e-mail is mcelling@unity.ncsu.edu. Thanks!!

I had Sandberg, but apparently everything Bumgardner does at the start of the semester is a review from CH 221. That mixed with his take home and open notes tests you should be fine. Most people that have him say he is very willing to help, so you should probaly go see him during his office hours.

But I highly doubt someone is just going to give you their old Webassigns and Tests.

he doesn't even use webassign that much. My friend had him and she said that they had a few webassigns at the end of the semester...which sucks now that we have to pay for it, but still nothing to worry about form what I hear

as far as old tests...he gives us the note outlines for a reason and we can use a notecard on the 1st and last test and the second is take home

This is his last semester so consider yourself lucky. I think he's in his mid 80's.
