My civic has 125,000 miles and when I got my oil changed the garage guy said I should get my timing belt replaced. I consulted my car handbook and it said the timing belt should be changed at 80,000 miles if I drove regularly in severe conditions but said nothing about normal conditions. So, when should it be replaced and how much should I expect to pay?

the timing belt interval for the older civics was 60k if i remember correctly, the 2000 is reccomended to be replaced at 90k.
