can you not get on the internet? I know its there but it keeps comming up as needing the WEP password... anyone know/can help

You have to go to CHASS Tech and they put the WEP password straight onto your laptop. Very worth it.

just use the NCSU network instead of the CHASS network, that's what i do when i'm in caldwell.

FWIW, I find the CHASS network a lot faster and more reliable in the buildings, but the NOMAD/NCSU networks will always work.

it's real creepy... you tell them you want the key, they say "ok, come to winston where the labs used to be"... and you go there, and knock on the door and they let you in... and they take your computer and put the key in and shuffle you back out

ncsu network doesnt work in MANY parts of chass buildings

why they had to come up with their own netowork is beyond me. (maybe ncsu was slow to implement). if anyone knows the history on this i would like to know.
