When inflating your tires, do you go by the pressure that's on the door, or what is on the tire?

i havent seen two tire pressure gauges that didn't have at least 2psi discrepancy. most of tem are like 6psi off each other. all that +1 psi shit be hard to set up. so as long as you gauge shows around 32-35 and your tire wear looks about even you're stright.

4 psi lower than the max pressure most of the time.if not, i just do 32-34 all the way around. ecomony tires like whoa

i've seen a nice needle-style gauge and the digital gauge that were off by a couple psi's. which one are you gonna trust? so i dont trust any of them to that point of precision

i just put my mouth on it and hit the button with my tongue

most electronic gauges less than $50 arent worth a shit either, i'd stick with a well calibrated needle gauge. personally i prefer the dwyer gauges, sinply because they are used extensively in many industries and i know they are accurate and reliable. plus they are easy to calibrate.

I trust my $20 digital gauge better than say the gauge built into a gas station's airpump... gas station reads 32, my gauge reads 36
