i talked to the professor after class and he said he doesnt do registration, in other words he wont add me.

what else can i do?

go to the department office and tell them you must take that class

people drop classes, keep a close eye on the course through TRACS.

Advisors can force-add you if you absolutely need it to graduate on-time. You have to prove this to be true though, can't just be a class you would like to take at a time thats good for you. Has to be a "there are no alternatives" situation.

Right, last date to add w/o instructor's permission is this Friday though. December 9th would have been your best bet to try to get in.

the professor is correct he can't add you. however, his department can.

if it is a MUST HAVE, say in order to graduate this semester or be able to take a class next semester to graduate, then i would speak with your adviser and the department head of the course you are trying to take.
