Hi,If a scholarship said that it is awarded on the basis of merit, does that mean that it is only based on your academic record? Do you have to be a full-time student still though? Thanks,Ann[Edited on January 9, 2006 at 9:02 PM. Reason : .]

Merit usually refers to academic achievement and leadership, together. The scholarship's stipulations will tell you whether you have to be full-time to qualify.

Depends on the specific scholarship and who awards it. Contact financial aid if you want to learn more about who/how you are awarded your scholarships.

yea, i looked at it, and there is a part that ask if you have filled out the FALSA, but it didn't ask you to input how many credit hours you are going to take.[Edited on January 10, 2006 at 12:11 AM. Reason : .]
