No I don't mean the tennis ball on Redneck CB whips... I'm talking about the kinda tear-drop shaped things that you're supposed to be able to put on a car antenna to improve radio reception. They cllaim that the military uses them or at least used them in the first Gulf War. I don't know what they are called, does anyone know what I'm talkind about and if the work?
