I'm sure not many people here know much about MAME, but...

Has anyone here gotten AdvanceMAME up and running on an LCD or CRT? I can't get any display modes working and need help.

I want to use AdvanceMAME because it has high quality graphics filters, the same ones that ZSNES or other emulators use to improve graphics significantly.

let me know a solution or an alternative with at least 2xSAI that's updated.

any other MAME questions here I can probably answer.

MAME Plus! is awesome. - http://mameplus.emu-france.com/

can use ALL scale effects up to hq4x.

the compiled version supports up to scale3x and hq3x, but you can enable 4x if you compile it yourself.
