no way they could ever get a first round pick for davisand no way they'd ever get rid of morgan
1/4/2006 3:56:25 PM
haha they couldnt get a 7th round draft pick for Stephen Davis.Panthers:1) RB2) DT3) OL4) WR5) RB again
1/4/2006 5:23:01 PM
i dont know about the RB....i really thought jamal robertson looks like he has potential and we still have yet to see what eric shelton can do. from what they were saying at the beginning of the year before he got hurt was that he could be the next stephen davis that just pounds the ball.

JaguarsCornerback Tye Hill from clemsonVikingsA linebacker

o-lineman that prevents the delhomme blindside fumble
1/4/2006 5:38:48 PM
yeah Shelton can take over for S. Davisbut we need to draft one to replace Foster. And if for some reason we decide to keep Foster then we need another RB, because there isnt a chance in hell he's playing 16 games as the feature back.

Cowboys:1. OL2. OL3. OL4. OL5. Kicker
1/4/2006 6:04:18 PM
Redskins:1) QB Matt Leinart2) DE Mario Williams3) DE Mathias Kiwanuka[Edited on January 4, 2006 at 6:17 PM. Reason : and I'd like to get a WR too... but we need a damn QB and a pass rush]
1/4/2006 6:15:17 PM
^ too bad we don't have a first round pick this year. a 3rd-down type pass rushing defensive end is crucial... #1 priority. maybe manny will be in the second round?

Realistic draft needs for the Panthers1. LB2. C3. LT4. TE
1/4/2006 6:39:50 PM
No, realistic draft needs for the Panthers:1.) RB - Foster's contract is up and he hasn't proven he can stay healthy or be a premier back and Davis is over the hump and likely done.2.) LB - Morgan's frequent injuries and with a lack of depth, a good LB would help.3.) TE - Mangum can't cut it and we need depth.4.) OL - Need another good young OL(don't know about C, but Mitchell is getting old I guess).I think we'll cover at least 1 of those positions in free agency and then look at what the draft board holds.Last year we needed a OL and a CB and we got 2 solid FA's, I trust Fox will make some good plays in the off-season.

Panthers1) LT2) RB3) TE4) LB5) WR
1/4/2006 7:33:41 PM
I think the plan is to move Thomas Davis to Linebacker and find a new safety...
1/4/2006 7:35:35 PM
if the saints don't take leinart they might as well be disbanded as a franchise. i'm not sure there's ever been a more obvious pick
1/4/2006 7:35:52 PM
isnt wahle the LT?
1/4/2006 7:39:06 PM
if i were the saints i'd be taking youngif he comes out, of courseotherwise leinart is the obvious choice
1/4/2006 7:45:05 PM
Take Young over Leinart...?Not I
1/4/2006 7:56:30 PM
^^^ pretty sure wharton is the LT, which is why delhomme is always getting blindsided. wahle is a pro bowler, and rightfully so[Edited on January 4, 2006 at 7:57 PM. Reason : ^]
1/4/2006 7:57:08 PM
saintsnot a rbnot a wrnot an ol/dl (at least not on day 1)not a s (unless he can play cb too)team needsQBLBLBLBCB
1/4/2006 8:55:51 PM
^^ yeah Wahle is the LG.He could play the tackle position though if we wanted... he's more valuable as a pulling run blocker though b/c he's agile
