Were diplomas supposed to be picked up at graduation or are they mailed out?

they are mailed out .... probably next week according to the Graduation Coordinator.

we (R&R) have to wait for your departmental office to clear you before we send them.

unless you were a PhD then you should have picked it up at graduation or received it in the mail by now.
