Wow. I like this sentence:"The Hemi is adapted to a Corvette 700R4 which is then connected by a 6" long driveshaft to a 1990 Corvette rear suspension that has been narrowed to fit the car."6" long driveshaft. Wow. Here's the thing though. While it is a very cool car, and points for clean execution, it weighs 2650 lbs. The original sprites were less than 2000 if I'm not mistaken. While they did get around having all the weight in the front (claimed distribution of 51/49), that's really really heavy for such a small car. Nonetheless, that would get out of its own way for damn sure. Probably twitchy as hell on such a short wheelbase, but I'm sure it's a blast to drive.

umm a sprite has little to no motor or drivetrain.... this has all motor and drivetrain... its gonna weight more. duh...@least they don't have a big ole blower out the hood or anything.
