Pep is a flat out monster. I hated that Carolina picked him for about 2 secs. He is an animal and there is NO WAY Mario is better than Pep. On Peppers' level i can agree to, but better?

no way. peppers is so fucking nasty. Mario COULD be as good, but I don't think he has the same drive and hunger that peppers does.

Peppers is a damn freak - he is always double teamed which hurts his stats. I hope Mario is as good as he is.

Mario's numbers are similar to Peppers when he was in college.

Peppers didn't really break out until his RS Junior year (Which would be Mario's senior year).


At this point, Mario is a much much better run stopper while Peppers was a much better pass rusher.


We'll see... I think this is a little premature. Physically, he could be better. Then again, physically, there are a few other NFL DE's that could be as good as Peppers, and they're not.

Easy there Homer.

Im just as big a State fan as the next guy, but Peppers is one of the Premiere ends in the NFL. I think the jury is still out. After all we've only seen Mario for 3 seasons against slightly above average atheletes at best.

We'll have to wait and see.
