ouch.... if your spouse was willing to do something like that, then there not the type or person you should been with, b/c you tend to be able to tell if someone is going to commit a violent crime that is outside of self defense or anything remotely justified...

Does depend on the crime in a way. Non-violent crimes, probably not - I can't think of one that would concern me. Violent would make me question his integrity and what he could do to his family, unless it was self-defense that he has to prove wasn't really a crime, something along those lines.
