serisously, put a button by everyone's user name so people can vote to suspend them.

once the smoke clears, only the cool people will be left.

it would be a lot like the old AIM warning feature.

get enough of your friends together and blast the people you don't like off the web.

the current system isn't chaotic enough, imho
