Do you

1. have dish network
2. not live in the area
3. have changed your region so that NCSU games dont get blacked out


If so, how did you go about achieving this feat? Is this even possible? I heard that with dish network, it's technically possible for an out of state person to see what an in-state person sees. It's only a matter of policy that you don't.

Isn't it just a thing in the menu when you change your zip code?
